An delightful Letter Holder / Organiser, embroidered with 3 of the eight auspicious signs. Each pocket is made in a strong white calico cotton. Please note that the embroidery & brocade will vary in colours.
Made of cotton, they measure approx. 19cm x 74cm. Each has three pockets of approx. 16cm by 19cm in depth.
These letter holders are made by Tibetan Refugees in India.
The victory banner (Dhwaja / Thanjha) is a symbol of ones own triumph over obstacles & negativity. It is also a symbol of the victory of Buddha’s teachings.
The lotus flower (Padma / Pema) symbolises the purification of the corrupt mind, body and speech, and the blossoming of wholesome deeds.
The endless knot (Shirivasta / Patta) represents the union of wisdom and method. It stands for long life & eternal love.
