Prices
Prices are set out in Pounds Sterling. Postage and packing needs to be added as detailed below.
Full payment will need to be made in sterling before we can ship your order.
When ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which may apply in the country to which the products are delivered.
Payments by cheque
If payment for goods has been arranged for by cheque, goods will be shipped 8 working days from when the cheque is received.

International Customers:
Please contact us for the cost of sending your order. Please note that invoices issued by Tibetan Dawn for excess postage will need to be paid in full before goods can be released.
When an excess postal charge has not been requested by the purchaser, the parcel may be sent as an uninsured small packet at your own risk, if the postage paid is enough to cover the item. Royal Mail currently take 3-5 days for delivery of small packets.
Delivery
We aim to send out orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds, on working weekdays only. However, please check our handicraft stall trading dates first, as processing of orders will not be possible on these days. Please also allow for traveling time to and from events.
Availability
All products purchased are subject to availability. Due to the variation in individual goods, the items supplied will be matched to the description as far as possible. If the products you order become unavailable, we will notify you by email and any payment received for unavailable products will be refunded to you.
Standards
The goods supplied by Tibetan Dawn will vary in colour, size, stitching, sewing techniques and standards. These items have been made by individuals endeavoring to earn a living to support their families. Tibetan Dawn has given a fair price in exchange for the goods, but has no input into the quality, production, materials, or techniques used. We therefore suggest that items purchased from us may not be suitable for use by children and any use by children should be at your own discretion. The individual makers of the goods, unless otherwise stated are unknown to Tibetan Dawn or their representatives.
The Tibetan Art T-shirts supplied by Tibetan Dawn have been made in India using British Standards information available to us at the time of manufacture.
Returns
Here at Tibetan Dawn, we are sure you will be more than happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, please email us within 5 days of receipt of the goods with your intent to return the goods. Include your name, address and a description of the goods to be returned.
On receipt of the returned item(s) in good order, we will send you a confirmation email and arrange to refund the cost of the items. If the reason for return was our error or a product fault, then we will also refund our postage and packing charge.

Tibetan Dawn has commissioned and purchased a number of artworks and copyrights for our own use. These may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Contract
All contracts are made in the country of Wales, in the United Kingdom. The law and courts of Wales will apply to any contract or grievances.
The items on this site are directed solely to those who access the site from the United Kingdom. Tibetan Dawn does not make any suggestion that our products on this site are appropriate or available in other locations. However, those who choose to access this site from outside of the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse orders placed with ourselves that may contravene any agreement we have with our insurers.
A binding contract will only be created when we have accepted your order. All goods remain the property of Tibetan Dawn until paid in full.
We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions periodically. You have shown your agreement to our terms and conditions either by placing an order with Tibetan Dawn or by your use of our online interactive services.
Interactive Services
We reserve the right to regulate and remove any items placed on our Blog that we believe are inappropriate.
In the case of misuse or abuse of our website, we will inform the appropriate authorities and take a suitable action.
